You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We process requests in line with our privacy practices and applicable law.

How to request removal

  1. 1Open the Eatwell app and go to Settings or Account.
  2. 2Select the option to delete or deactivate your account.
  3. 3Confirm your request when prompted.
  4. 4If you cannot find the option, email us using the support contact in the app.

What happens after deletion?

We will remove or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, subject to any legal retention obligations or records required for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
